Having done our homework on re-mortgage products, we were pretty confident that A) we had decided on the right product to go for and B) we had found a competitive deal on the internet ourselves. Nic however quickly identified so many other options that we would never had thought about. Not only did his advice stand to save us money immediately, but free up equity to do substantial home improvements and reduce the term of our mortgage by 6 years. On top of this he turned up punctually, was in no rush to get onto the next customer and was a thoroughly nice bloke.
