Dear Mr Meachin, I wanted to write and thank you for the work you have recently completed at my daughter's new house. To say I am satisfied would be a considerable understatement. The work has been undertaken to a really high standard and the results are absolutely excellent. However, beyond that I found the whole experience to be underwritten by the highest standards of service and professionalism. Appointments were always kept, to the minute, your staff were at all times courteous and extremely hard working and took the greatest care to ensure no work was left undone or imperfectly finished.
