I chose this Company after doing a search for conveyancers as I was quoted by the Estate Agents recommended Conveyancing Solicitor and I thought it was a bit high.
I had to pay a referral fee which was £180 but I still saved money.
I was very happy with the service, my appointed conveyancer was Rosie Boucher and she was very helpful.
Would definitely recommend this Company I ended up saving about £400.
From my offer being accepted, to moving in to my new house, only took 10 and a half weeks!

William Speakman recently helped us with buying our first home. I am still shocked with how brilliant he was during the whole process. He was so helpful and organised. He would reply to my emails so quickly and would take the time to explain anything I was unsure of. He helped make the whole process go very smoothly and I am so thankful. I cannot recommend Tom Ellor and his team enough having engaged them for three transactions thus far.
Being an accountant I deal with solicitors regularly and suffice it to say they are often not my favourite people. Tom however is a breath of fresh air - efficient, practical and approachable. I've also found their fees to be incredibly reasonable.

Got everything sorted quicker than I anticipated and quicker than the original turnaround time they gave! Got me completed on the date I wanted and was just so great! I was worried with me being in Birmingham and the girl being in Bolton but it made 0 difference. I would highly recommend to everyone and the price is great aswell! Excellent value for money! Tom seamlessly navigated through negotiating the deed of variation, considering lender requirements and my best interests and successfully completed the transaction facilitating communication with the sellers and my requirements for completion. Overall, the communication was faultless and I could not have had a better experience elsewhere. It is a two-way transaction and the other side can always be difficult but Tom has been very professional, patient and timely in his communication and delivery.
