I received incredible support from Tom Ellor from ADK Law during what transpired to be a very lengthy process purchasing my leasehold flat. Tom seamlessly navigated through negotiating the deed of variation, considering lender requirements and my best interests and successfully completed the transaction facilitating communication with the sellers and my requirements for completion. Overall, the communication was faultless and I could not have had a better experience elsewhere. It is a two-way transaction and the other side can always be difficult but Tom has been very professional, patient and timely in his communication and delivery.

Can’t give a high enough review. Have used ADK Law several times and would use them again. I use many solicitors and none have come close. William Speakman is very good at his job. Normally I spend my whole time chasing solicitors or doing their job for them. My daughter in law used them recently for a complicated sale and that also went through smoothly.

I found this law firm on a comparison website. I was dubious but the reviews were great. I was assigned to Lucy Rodrigues, she was absolutely amazing. I was regularly updated. Lucy was fast but thorough. Nothing was ever too much trouble, a great solicitor and a lovely person. I started my mortgage application the beginning of January and completed on the 20th of February.
