The Jewish Museum in Finchley, Barnet aims to increase knowledge and understanding of Jewish history, culture and religious life, as part of Britain's diverse heritage.
Over the years, the Museum has built up one of the world's finest collections of Jewish ceremonial art, awarded Designated status by the Museums, Libraries & Archives Council in recognition of their outstanding national importance.
The museum tells the story of Jewish life in Britain, through wide-ranging collections, exhibitions, events and educational programmes.
Museum Opening hours: Monday - Thursday 10.30am-5pm, Sundays 10.30am-4.30pm
Closed Friday, Saturday, Jewish Festivals, Public Holidays, 24 December - 4 January. The Museum is also closed on Sundays in August and Bank Holiday weekends.
Museum Admission charges: Call the museum for prices. Children 12 and under free. Group rates available. Museum Friends free.
Transport to museum: Finchley Central underground (Northern Line, High Barnet branch) - 12 minute walk via Station Road and Manor View.

Pre-booked coaches can be set down and picked up outside the Museum. The nearest coach parking is in the lorry park in Drury Way NW10.
