A brief history of Barnet FC

Barnet FC were formed in 1888 and joined the Fourth Division of the Football League for the first time in 1991.

They spent 10 years in the league achieving promotion to Division 3 in 1993. In 2001 they were relegated back to the Conference but in 2005 they were crowned Champions again and have remained in League 2 ever since.

Where do Barnet FC play?

Barnet play at Underhill Stadium on Barnet Lane, a compact ground with a capacity of approx 5,000, so wherever you're watching you're always close to the action.

Underhill is a 5 minute walk from High Barnet tube station on the Northern Line or a 15 minute walk from New Barnet overground station which runs from Kings Cross. You can also get a bus to the ground from New Barnet station on routes 84, 384 or 107.

If you're driving there's street parking near the ground or you can use the car park at High Barnet tube station.

What does it cost to watch a match?

For adults match day tickets range from £14 to £21.
For over 60s, under 19s and full-time students tickets are £13.
For under 14s tickets are £9.
Family tickets (for 2 adults and 2 under 18s) are £30.

But for under 14s there's even more. A season ticket for under 14s costs from £30 to £38 (for 23 matches).

And even more … Bees membership costs just £20 and if you're under 14 that gives you A FREE TICKET TO EVERY GAME!!!!

Bees membership gives adults £2 off every game and over 60s, under 19s and full-time students get £8 off every game.

Barnet FC train at the Hive, their state of the art training ground in Edgware. This provides great facilities for the club but also for you.

The Hive is a community facility offering artificial and grass football pitches which you can hire. The 44 acre site has two full size floodlit, 3G pitches. You can hire pitches by the game and the pitch sizes can be tailored to your needs. There are14 changing rooms complete with hot showers and locker facilities.
