The team were amazing, they managed to book my car in asap and sort the problem quickly. Luke kept in constant contact with me to give me updates on my vehicle. All the team were really knowledgable and explained the situation in depth so I was fully in the loop of the issue with my car and how they were resolving it.<br>Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

My son is 18, lives in London passed his driving test 1st time and we were quoted astronomical insurance prices. Thank God we found ThinkInsurance. We spoke to Rob and Yoshi who did their absolute best for us. Were patient. Answered all of our questions. No pushy sales talk just a real passion to help us out and showed lots of empathy due to our situation. They truly genuinely wanted to help my son get on the road. They gave us some thinking time and left it up to us to call them back. No time limits or pushy salesmanship. Total professionals very knowledgeable about the current market and products on offer and they gave me confidence to ask any questions and they answered them all. When you are parting with money you need to establish trust with the people that you are dealing with in order to feel comfortable buying the product but also buying it from the people/company. At the end of the day People buy into people and I feel that i have provided my son the abilitity to drive safely in London knowing that he is completely covered with the correct Insurance at a fraction of the cost quoted by other insurance firms. Amazing customer service who genuinely want to help provide the best deal possible who really care about their customers and most important of all they listened, paid attention and delivered. Thank you Rob and Yoshi! If you are looking for car insurance give them a call you won't regret it!!

I have taken my dog here for swimming for over 6 months and the staff are fantastic, friendly and professional. My dog has also just returned after a stay at the kennels and I was so worried about her being left somewhere without us but the staff especially Jess made me feel at ease, updated me when I rang and gave my dog loads of love and attention, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur baby. They work so hard and you can tell they put there all into what they do. My dog came home happy, fed and safe thanks to k9 core
