Table of 22 for a birthday- Food was beautiful and faultless. But felt uncomfortable and quite frankly offended by certain members of staff. Cannot fault the owner or who appeared to be in charge he was brilliant, polite and attentive. However, one member of staff in particular decided to call a child from our party a b*****d in his own language obviously thinking it was funny and we wouldn’t understand as he laughed about it to his co worker. Unbeknown to him, we were familiar with the term and he was confronted about this, he then obviously denied. Custom is custom, whether it’s adults or children, there is nothing to state children are not allowed nor welcomed in the establishment .The children were well behaved and not a problem, the odd giggle and getting up out of their seats but certainly not worth being labelled as such. A shame to say the least. Very disappointed.

The young man who came out to look after me was very polite helpful and couldn’t do too much for me the company itself went out the way to make sure I was dealt with quickly and promptly. I can’t speak highly enough for them for anybody who would like to use their services I’ve got my recommendation.

The website is easy to navigate and the product descriptions is informative and accurate. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping and the care they took in packaging my order. I’m thrilled with my purchase and will continue to shop here. Overall – excellent customer service – all responses were prompt and professional (thank you Ciara). I was also being kept updated throughout the entire process.

I have been very happy with their customer service, communication and most importantly their product. I will be ordering more from Skirting4u in the near future.
