As a long time customer my vehicle needed some work done for an mot re test.
Initially I was going to do the work myself as I'm an experienced and qualified mechanic but with the recent wet weather I decided to get the more serious jobs done at the service centre and repaired the double indicator fault myself.
Called on the 28th December for a quote and was told I'd be given a few price options....it's now the evening before the 5th January and still no call back so going to order the OEM parts and the press tool and do it myself. 10 day retest duration is up (I know due to Christmas that this would probably run over anyway).
They did the same last year on the other side, same job, I had to call back after 4 days reminding them I'm waiting for a quote for mot failure repairs.
Always been pretty good to be fair but last 12 months has put me off coming back. Sorry.
