This was my first online order with this company and I have been very impressed. My order was acknowledged from day one and I have been constantly updated regarding the same. I paid for express delivery and I was informed the delivery would be between 8-10 am on my chosen date, which happened to be the worst day of the year so far for weather, but nevertheless delivery was at 7.45 am by a very nice helpful young man, who helped carry the skirting in the house for me and made sure I was happy about matters. The skirting was carefully wrapped. When my builder came to use the skirting he remarked what good quality it was. They were just as described and I am very pleased with the look/condition. I opted to have them primed - again the right decision and again I was kept informed by the company of when this was being done. So all in all I would definitely recommend this company. Very impressed in every way.

I found the phone support prior to my order to be very helpful in organising what could have been a difficult delivery.
I also found the delivery driver to be very professional and understanding. When he couldn't gain access to the site because of narrow roads, badly parked cars and bollards, he was happy to drive around the block to find our other entrance. This was also tricky but he stayed calm throughout and handled it with ease.

Jas and Aisha were always on hand to guide me through a lengthy and sometimes intricate process, and the team (Harry and Simrit) helped to ensure that things ran smoothly. I used other solicitors but Pickford's pricing was significantly cheaper than any other. I highly recommend Pickford Solicitors.

Noticed a part of my car had become detached underneath and spoke to Dan at Walsall Wood Tyres. He managed to get ke in despite it being very busy and on arrival, Nathan (the owner) dealt with my car issue. Gave me sound advice and recommended me coming back later for the issue to be resolved on the same day. Returned at the time and all was sorted quickly. Really appreciated the top notch customer service and quick turnaround too. Very reliable and lovely team - have been here before for various car issues and they have always been super helpful and consider cost effective solutions for the customer without compromising car safety and functionality.
