Kathryn is the most wonderful person. Over the last year she has conducted the funeral service of both my mom and dad. Before each service Kathryn spent time getting to know the amazing people my mom and dad were. She captured them both perfectly. Speaking about them we were able to laugh and cry with Kathryn guiding the way. The service was just as we wanted it and helped put together with Kathryn by our side. I feel we were very lucky to have Kathryn with us through the sadness but also as someone we could share our memories with too

I went to Louis after a netball injury and was trying to build myself back up, I can’t recommend him highly enough! After injuring my ankle, I was worried I’d be sidelined from working out, all I knew was running and a bit of HIT, but he designed a program that allowed me to keep training safely & made me stronger. He introduced me to so many new ways to train with weights that I never would have tried on my own. ( I had never used weights prior) Not only did Louis help me work around my injury, but also gave me the confidence to move beyond cardio and really work on strength training & have the confidence to do sessions in the gym on my own too. Every session is challenging, fun, very grateful for his guidance. If you’re looking for a trainer who really knows how to adapt to your needs and push you to be your best Louis is the one to go to!

Picked up a brochure from my local driving test centre for my granddaughter who was learning to drive a few months ago. Well she passed her test this week. There were 3 different insurance companies in the brochure and think insurance was on the back page. On the 31st of October I phoned the 2 other companies and they were roughly the same price. The last one I tried was think insurance and I'm really glad I did. The person I spoke to his name was Jamie. I explained what I needed for my granddaughter and he took all the details and they were a few hundred pounds cheaper than the other companies. I said to Jamie I wouldn't be seeing my granddaughter till the 1st and he said that he would have to speak to her as well and he would phone at 09:30, and he was true to his word. Jamie explained everything so my granddaughter understood what is happening.<br>THANK YOU AGAIN<br>Jamie.
