Working with Louis has been a fantastic experience. Not only has he gave me the knowledge and tools needed to work successfully in the gym; continually achieve realistic results, but he has given me a much needed confidence boost when I now work out independently.
I have been introduced to techniques and apparatuses that I was once apprehensive of trying autonomoysly.
Frequently checking in is a lovely personal touch, and you can tell he really cares about his clients when either speaking on the phone or in person.
My strength and confidence has continually increased with Luis' support.
He is firm but fair, and I feel this approach works very well. It is obvious that he lives and breathes his work and is dedicated to providing a world class service.
The service he provides throughout the 12 week 1-1 plan is second to none. Not only does he tailer a plan specifically for your goals - both in the gym, but he also takes into account any dietary requirements you may have when recommending and tailoring meal plans and shopping lists.
Although I have not been able to partake in the online sessions, I believe that side of the business is just as fruitful as the personal 1-1 sessions.
I wish him every success for the future, I know he will go far, and am extremely pleased I chose to take the leap to improving my overall fitness. But I am even more pleased I had the opportunity to work with such an excellent PT such as Louis. The best Personal Trainer Walsall has to offer!

My daughter attends weekly classes she loves it. When the holiday classes started lily wanted to attend. The staff are amazing. Lily has so much fun, shes getting so much confidence with dancing and singing. Always dancing at home. So glad she joined, and most importantly lily is happy and enjoys it.

My partner has used house of paws for the first time today our pug Oscar who is normally scared to death when we have to take him to vets to have nails done absolutely loved it there no screaming staff was wonderful with him and fitted him in at short notice.what a difference no distress or shaking will definitely use them again.
