He answered my call and was reassuring and polite on the phone. I sent him some photos of the locks.
Needed 4 locks changing on a rental property. 2 of the doors had no keys and so could not be accessed.
He arranged to meet me within a couple of hours of my call.
He turned up and changed all 4 locks within the hour.
His price for the service was very reasonable.
