Overall a good experience from Leamore Windows.<br><br>Spencer the door fitter did a stunning job, incredible, 5+/5! But the ordering process / communication could be better. Once I paid the deposit I heard nothing for weeks. I knew that the door needed to be ordered from the manufacturers but didn't know if this was done and when I would be expecting a call to book installation. 3 weeks after survey I called and got a blanket response (didn't look up my details). Chased again 6 weeks after surveyor visit and the door was ready to be installed. Door was fitted on the 8th week, Not bad - Seems to be the typical TAT for all supply and fit companies.<br><br>Basically a breakdown of where my order is and this would be 5/5. I got no emails or calls from Leamore after paying the deposit and felt like I needed to chase.
