I have been working with Louis for a while, and hands down, he has been the best. He is really dedicated to his clients and is always in contact with you. He has so much knowledge about fitness and nutrition and will get you the results you are after if you listen to him. Since working with Louis, I have seen my body change shape. When I first started with him, I was really conscious of my stomach and wanted it flatter than what it was. With his personal exercise and nutrition plan, my stomach has considerably gone down. Alongside my arms and legs have changed shaped to. When I first met with Louis, I told him what I was after and trusted him to deliver, which he has.
He has so much confidence in his clients and will push you to achieve what you're capable of even if you think you're not.

I have been training with Louis for 3 months now and have seen a real change in my muscle tone and shape.
