I bought a vehicle last year, and unfortunately, it recently broke down due to an alternator fault. I reached out to Sunny for help, and he handled everything related to the warranty claim. The garage had quoted me £1200 to supply and fit a new alternator, but Sunny wasn’t having any of that! He contacted the garage directly to question the price and managed to negotiate a much better deal.
Thanks to Sunny’s efforts, I ended up paying only £99, with the warranty covering the rest of the bill. The communication throughout the process was fantastic, and I even received a follow-up call to check if everything was going well with the car after the repair. I couldn’t be more impressed with how professional and proactive Sunny was. Highly recommend!
