Over the last two days we have had 5 windows replaced. Sam and Nick your fitters, have done a very good job, very polite and obliging. They covered all our carpets with covers and they listened to our needs and requirements before starting work, and checked periodically that we were happy with each window.

Recently had a new front door fitted by the guys at Leamore Windows, so easy from start to install, we went on the Leamore Windows online designer and basically made the door we wanted, sent the design to the guys and they sent a no obligation quote. We took the quote that was spot on, install was seamless, done and completed in less than 6 weeks. Thank you guys for an easy purchase. We will be back if need anything in the future.

After what was first thought to be a clutch issue with my VW T5, it was later discovered that it was going to be a change of gearbox.
I was recommended Get-Gear Transmissions by T5 Spares and various other people, so didn't hesitate to contact them.
Although, Get-Gear are over 2 hours away from me and I could have got a gearbox in my next town, recommendation goes a long way.
From the first point of contact with Gary, I felt I was in good hands. He obviously knows his stuff and couldn't have been more helpful. He had one on the shelf. I was given the option of exchanging the gearbox by courier or taking my gearbox to Gary myself. I chose to take it there myself, just to be sure I was getting what I paid for! Gary reserved the box he had for me, as I couldn't get there for over a week.
I couldn't have been happier with the service I received on arriving.
It was a simple case of Gary checking my original gearbox, just to make sure the casing wasn't cracked and it could be reconditioned for a future customer. Whilst Gary was doing this, he talked me through all the components and seals that where replaced, the fifth gear upgrade and the full cleaning process that takes place in the reconditioning of the gearboxes by him.
Gary then lifted a shiny, almost new looking gearbox into my boot, after the small matter of payment, which is very competitive, considering the work that has gone into it by Gary. Within half an hour, I was on my way back to my garage, to have the gearbox fitted. My garage were very happy too, as Gary had left all the fitting brackets on the box, so it was just a simple case of bolting it on.
It's been in the campervan just over a month now and I am delighted with it. It's as tight, smooth and quiet as a new box and the van is a pleasure to drive again, with the fifth gear upgrade. I also have peace of mind knowing the gearbox is under a good warranty, which was sent to me by email, along with my electronic receipt, the following day.
I can't recommend Get-Gear Transmissions enough and I hope Gary is trading for many years to come, as I'll definitely be using him again, if the need ever arises and also recommending him to anyone I can.

I’m a little late posting my review as I had my work done a few weeks ago. However, from quote to completion I have been so happy with service I received. Eddie was super responsive to my emails and was really friendly and knowledgeable when I came in to pay my deposit. He explained everything thoroughly and after my survey and measurements were taken I was fitted in pretty quickly. Spencer came out to do the work for us which was replacing a rotting wooden door and window unit to a new upvc unit. I had even had the cat flap I bought fitted for me which I am grateful for. I cannot thank the team enough especially Spencer who was prompt on the day and so nice to me and clearly takes pride in his work as he did a fantastic job! It’s well fitted, neat and secure and I won’t hesitate to use this company again. Thank you all 😊

A MASSIVE thank you to Daljit and Esther at Pickfords. Both worked around the clock continuously for months and months to help us secure our first home. The service provided was outstanding and despite having a couple of homes that had fallen through (through no fault of our own) they remained patient, positive and dignified. Dalit had great legal knowledge and represented us very well with a few boundary and right of way issues, working for our best interests at all times. Whenever we had any queries or concerns, we could get in contact with Daljit or Esther to discuss and that was reassuring. We were grateful to be kept in the loop. Overall, the team was lovely to work with and we would happily recommend to anyone.
