I have never ordered any building materials, but Gill's website was easy to use, and made it easy to identify the product and gave accurate details of the price which included vat. Once submitted, you had the option to choose your delivery date. The receipt of the order was acknowledged and was followed up by an email informing you that it was ready for collection or delivery.

Placed my order online, quick and easy. Got a call back later that day from a lovely lady in the office to see when would be best for me to accept delivery, requested next day, came next day as promised. Delivery driver was a nice bloke who unloaded the goods for me. Top notch service and competitively priced! I refuse to go anywhere else for my building supplies.

We were given some bradston woburn paving blocks but not enough to complete our project looking around locally they were not available as single blocks only whole pallets. Didn't need full pallets so I came across Gills building supplies on the internet who had them as single blocks on the website but didn't deliver other than whole pallets to our postcode. So we decided to give them a call. A lovely lady called Jess answered our call and within 5 minutes we have our blocks ordered and paid for and hopefully delivered later today or Monday. Absolutely amazing service over and above our expectations and very friendly too. I highly recommend Gills building supplies their prices are also very reasonable. I am very grateful for their help so we can now finish our project. Thank you Gills building supplies you are awesome
