I was really nervous about this procedure. I was told to put loads of softening drops in my ears which I did, and it took 5 minutes to finish, plus I had a hearing test included . Wonderful service, there was no need to be worried at all.

I was shopping in Walsall and walked into the 3 Elephants Antiques Arcade to shop and also brouse their amazing selection of crystals and also see what Psycic, Raki or Tarrot sessions were available . My visit to the Arcade happend to fall on a Saturday and Sie was working and was able to fit me in on the spot, Sie is a Psychic practitioner that specialises in facial readings. I was blown away at his skill and accuracy as this was the first time we had made acquaintance and he could tell me so much about my life past & presant and what I now know to be accurate my future. Sie also could described my personality traits also that of the people around me. I was blown away by his accuracy. What a remarkable man Sie told me leave it 6 months and come back. Well the 6 months have passed and everything he said has come into fruition. Outstanding & midblowing.
I'm looking forward to my next appointment and I highly recommend that you put this as a place to visit because I doubt very much that you will be disappointed. Everyone is so welcoming there not just Sie the whole team Its one of my favorite places to stop at in Walsall.

I was suffering with a really nasty bout of sciatica that I'd had for a month, still had numbness from the top of my thigh, down to my foot and I couldn't put weight on my foot properly. Following the advice of my GP, I decided to give the gym a try to get my muscles strengthened again, but didn't know what exercises I needed to do and seriously lacked the confidence in using a lot of the equipment.
I looked up personal trainers near me and found Reddall Fitness. Louis has been fantastic, we had a chat about my goals and Louis got me set up on his app where there was a nutrition plan and personalised workouts to follow. I'd had gym memberships before, but never used half of the equipment and wasn't very experienced with a lot of the stretches/exercises.
Fast forward 2 and a half months and I am seeing so much progress. The sciatica issues cleared up within about 2 weeks, I am looking slimmer, more shapely in the right places and feeling so much better and stronger. I also feel like I know what I'm doing more and have learned lots of new things.
The workouts are adapted as you progress and Louis always helps you with confidence and any questions you have along the way, as well as advising on how to tackle any injuries you have and adapting your plan. I'm so glad I signed up, it was well worth it!
