When I started training, I just wanted to feel good and lose a bit of weight before my wedding, but the results were beyond what I expected. Louis was so supportive and patient every step of the way. The workouts were tough sometimes, but he always made them fun and encouraged me to keep going, even on days I didn’t feel like it.
Louis didn’t just help me lose weight he helped me build confidence, strength, and a healthier mindset.
By the time my wedding came around, I felt amazing in my dress and so proud of how far I’d come.

Brought my Vauxhall to Pearsons this morning after been quoted nearly £1000 at another garage.
Vehicle was with them for 2 hours and it was fixed and cost less than £200, very knowledgeable and great customer service, would definitely recommend and will use again in the future
