Very friendly and polite. Explained everything and also offered advice on alternative way of doing job to make it cheaper. Materials arrived well in advance. Builder and fitters were polite, friendly and efficient. Fitters Joe and Gareth were very impressive on how clean and tidy they were throughout the job and after they finished. Even did the little job my husband would have had to do once they had gone. Really nice lads and all three of them sang your praises on how good you are to work for. Job well done. Will recommend to anyone. It's the detail in their work ie cleaning down after the job that adds that little extra touch.

The professionalism and the high exacting work ethic demonstrated by everyone I came in contact with from beginning to end of my experience was second to none. I found the work engineers were eager to please and worked to very high standards. They were quick to suggest ways in which their work could adapt to the installation, to ensure a high quality finish. The engineers were friendly and approachable and gave good advice, and explained exactly what they were doing at every stage. Any problems were quickly resolved. I would recommend your company to everyone. Thank you for giving me peace of mind.
