I contacted Matt and told him we needed it doing asap when we had moved in as it wasn’t liveable. He came with us to view the house for a second time to see what could be done and quote it accordingly. A couple months later we got the keys and within a week the work started. From start to finish his lads were amazing extremely fast workers, clean, polite and top quality work. Naturally a lot of other things came up when stripping back a house that hasn’t been touched in over 40 years but it wasn’t an issue Matt always said yes to doing the extras and did as much as he could to help with the extra costs. To put it into perspective We had over £100k of work and this was all completed in around 3 months which for everything that got done is unbelievable.
If you’re looking for a builder that you can fully trust then EBR is your builder. Thanks to matt and all the lads we’ve got a beautiful home we are very proud of.
