Only had this company come for the last couple of months but I must say they have gone above and beyond with the service that they have provided. We have previously used other companies for care but they fell well below even basic needs whereas this company has restored our faith in the care of people. My mother has been quite reserved but has relaxed and felt very at home with the carers that she now has from this company. I honestly can't recommend Harps enough! From my very first lesson to passing my driving test today, he has been nothing but friendly, enthusiastic, patient, and incredibly supportive.
He has a real talent for explaining everything clearly and thoroughly, making even the most challenging manoeuvres and situations easy to understand. His calm approach gave me so much confidence behind the wheel and always made me feel at ease during lessons.
Learning to drive has been such an enjoyable experience and that's entirely down to Harps. He always believed in me, even when I doubted myself, and gave me the confidence to become a safe and confident driver.
Passing my test today wouldn't have been possible without his guidance, encouragement, and patience. Thank you so much for everything—I genuinely don't think I would have passed without you. If you're looking for a driving instructor, I couldn't recommend Harps more highly!

I have been with Louis over 2 years now. I came to Louis with some training history, I had been doing online coaching without huge results. I was amazed how much I was doing wrong, what I learned with my PT sessions was how to train with the correct form, I was doing so much wrong! I felt stronger and more confident, Everything was explained in detail , when things were tough I made that last 2 reps which made the difference. He is very patient and helped my mental health and motivation. Highly recommend Louis. If you are thinking about a PT over online coaching I would defo pick up the phone and give him a call! Fantastic knowledge, patience , you want the results he will make it happen. Consistency is the key

He explained everything clearly from the start, even showing photos of what he had found! All the way through the procedure, he stopped to check that Mum was okay. She immediately noticed the difference in her hearing afterwards.
He was also extremely helpful with answers to all our questions & aftercare ideas.
Would definitely use again.
