I have been with Louis over 2 years now. I came to Louis with some training history, I had been doing online coaching without huge results. I was amazed how much I was doing wrong, what I learned with my PT sessions was how to train with the correct form, I was doing so much wrong! I felt stronger and more confident, Everything was explained in detail , when things were tough I made that last 2 reps which made the difference. He is very patient and helped my mental health and motivation. Highly recommend Louis. If you are thinking about a PT over online coaching I would defo pick up the phone and give him a call! Fantastic knowledge, patience , you want the results he will make it happen. Consistency is the key
