I have just had all my windows replaced by Warwick Glass and felt that I wanted to write to say how pleased I am with the result. As a customer, it is not always easy to hand over your keys and leave people to work and treat your home with respect. I had no qualms leaving a key with your fitters, and I was proved right. Despite the wet weather making things difficult, there was no mess left behind – no mean achievement. –

Our conservatory was completed earlier this week and we are so pleased with it. The installers did an excellent job, overcoming the difficulties of an aged existing structure and some very unfavourable weather conditions. They were also very accommodating in meeting our particular requirements around integrating a cat flap into the wall. The end result is very pleasing indeed, thanks largely to the quality of their work and their conscientious approach.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank some of the people involved with our installation. First, Mike Hobley who provided the initial quote for the work. Having previously had a number of nightmare encounters with double glazing salesmen I was very sceptical, however Mike was professional, non-pushy and listened where all the other salesmen just talked. It was Mike’s attitude that persuaded us to choose Warwick Glass. I would also like to thank Dave who fitted the windows and turned up every day despite having his van broken into. Last, but definitely not least, I would like to thank Leo Dolan who looked after the installation through to completion. Leo was on site often to check on the progress of the work and was proactive and helpful in resolving any problems that arose. He was also very good at keeping me informed of what progress was being made regarding our replacement door handle and door panel.
