We are so ready to criticise and don’t often give praise when it is due! I would like to thank the two employees who fitted windows for me. They were a pleasure to have around the home, working so hard in spite of heavy rain at one point, with no fuss or mess! Incidentally I am very pleased with the windows – I have dealt with Warwick Glass for many, many years.

Both my wife and myself have been very pleased with the courteous and prompt attention which Warwick Glass have given us throughout our installation. I have always believed that the real test of the service provided by any company is how well they deal with a situation when things do not go according to plan. Warwick Glass have provided outstanding service, having kept us informed with open and honest communication, which is really appreciated. This is the second occasion when we have replaced windows using Warwick Glass, the first occasion was a sliding door in 1984, and we have no hesitation in recommending Warwick Glass to neighbours, friends, or colleagues. I look forward to doing business with Warwick Glass again.

We would like to thank all concermed following the successful installation of window units, solar panes of glass and the front door to our cottage. From start to finish the work has been conducted in a very thorough way and we are very pleased with the end result. In particular our thanks must go to the window fitters, Jason and Stuart, who were both friendly and professional throughout the three days they were here. My boyfriend and I had a brilliant time at the Butterfly Farm! We thought it was great value for money, at just over £6 for an adult, and you can use your ticket to come back during the day as many times as you like! There's other animals to see too - like some reptiles, other insects and quite a few spiders and scorpions in the "Arachnoland". We spent about two hours there overall, and would definitely recommend it to others. It was lovely to see all the different butterflies flying around. One even landed on my nose! :)

I am very pleased with the installation, both in terms of quality of the product and the efficient manner in which the doors were fitted. The installation team carried out the work quickly and efficiently and left everywhere clean and tidy. The new doors certainly seem to have made quite a difference to the warmth of the room. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Warwick Glass to anyone thinking of installing replacement windows.
