The City Temple is a city centre church with a citywide vision. Started in 1929 after an extraordinary 51 nights of pioneer outreach meetings led by evangelist George Jeffreys, which saw over 3,000 converted and many wonderful healing the City Temple opened in 1934 on a prime site opposite Sophia Gardens, and now just a stone's throw from Cardiff's Millennium Stadium.
