Used for a sale. Provided a good service. The property was likely put on the market at too high a price. However Sam was great at following up with the buyers and the sale was able to complete in good time and I was happy with the result.

We sold and bought with Personal Agent and thanks to Liam and Paul’s guidance and advice we were able to have a happy and successful outcome following an open house viewing day.
Without them I don’t think we would have been able to make the move so quickly - from valuation to sale agreed was very efficient and without any problems along the way thereafter.
They were both very clear, responsive and helpful throughout.
It’s the second home we’ve bought using Paul and although it’s hopefully the last for the foreseeable, I’d have no hesitation in recommending The Personal Agents services.
