It has been a long time coming since our first house purchase at Church Road fell through May 2012. We were beginning to give up hope especially last March when a property we were buying with another agent fell through at the last minute! Both my sons have benefitted from coaching sessions with Dave. With just one or two sessions Dave was able to help give encouragement guidance and focus to such matters as further education, considering early career options, structuring CV's and interviewing techniques. It was very re-assuring to be able to arrange for an independent person like Dave to provide a structured framework within which to focus on some goals and target setting. Dave has a good rapport with young people. He is very approachable and a good listener. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Five stars from me!

From valuation to completion the team at TPA did everything they could to help us. A number of people worked hard to sell our house, Tom , Chris and especially Cat. We had quite a rollercoaster ride with highs and lows and Cat felt the bumps as hard as we did. Anybody who thinks estate agents just want their money obviously haven't dealt with Cat, she was extremely helpful, understanding and we felt like she was personally involved not just professionally.
