I chose The Personal Agent as they sold my neighbours house and figured it would be a good idea to use them as they knew the area and the design of the house and had success!
I was put in touch with an agent at the Stoneleigh branch called Dan. Now Dan is a pretty unique guy. He is always upbeat and positive and is completely honest with you, he tells it how it is in a very positive way, even when it's not great news!! I always make a point of asking him how he is and his response is always "Fantastic" so now in my house we call him Fantastic Dan!!
I have been very impressed with the amount of viewings I have had and they always give you plenty of notice. I particularly like the text reminders as I work full time in a hospital and sometimes forget what day it is!! I like lighting candles for my viewings and Dan always blows them out for me when he has finished the viewings which I hadn't even considered! Thank you.
I am now moving forward with my sale and am hoping for a relatively quick move which I know will be fully supported by The Personal Agent team.
