I recently purchased a house through The Personal Agent Banstead and they were an absolute pleasure to deal with. My main contact was John Ralph who was excellent (+ Tom Iddenden) who kept me informed throughout the whole process. There were a few bumps in the buying process along the way (as always) but they were dealt with in a professional manner by John & team. If/when I come to sell I will be using the Personal Agent in future.

Recently dealt with The Personal Agent, Banstead, as I have been looking for a property in the area. The staff there really looked after me and showed me loads of properties. Unfortunately, I didn't end up buying through them as I found something else through another agent, however, if I come to sell in the future, must say.. it's The Personal Agent in Banstead I'll go back to. Thanks to everyone there!

The team at Personal Agent have always been first class.

They have always provided good and honest advise.
Sales progress information is always spot on. They are great at making sure we have had genuine buyers and have been instrumental in closing the deals for us.
Chris Shaw is one of the nicest guys that I have dealt with in my 20 + year carrier in the building industry.
