Epsom letting agent Sameer Jamani showed us round a rental property. He arranged a viewing last minute for us, was prompt, very friendly and answered all our questions in detail. He gave us a great overview of the property and the time we needed to look round fully. We had a magical afternoon with Theo. He went down a treat at our family party of 46 between the ages of 2 years to 87 years old. The children were memorised and couldn't stop talking about him. He brought everybody into the show and made people feel special. I would have no problem in highly recommending him to any age group, or any type of function.
