The Ipswich Polish Club will be open early October and getting to this stage has been quite an ardous task. We invited Chris Storey to come and give his opinion on the building in his capacity as a surveyor. After spending a full day in the building at 57 St Margaretʼs Street, Ipswich he advised us in his report about certain recommendations which enabled us to re-negotiate far better terms with the landlord. His professionalism and skills saved us a considerable amount of money.
