The location is lovely, the atmosphere is very welcoming, staff all lovely, food amazing š Bed very comfortable
No biscuits in the room and no hooks on bathroom door...nowhere to hang bathrobe. Room large enough for maybe 2 chairs and a small table

bar99% Bake house 50% was under staffed and the poor young girl was on her own . Shop was full, not enough food order is , slow service . I waited 15 mins to buy 2 bottles of juice. I gave up wanting a few tray as not much left at 10:30 am.
The girl was ran off her feet. And probably gets paid a fraction of the managers , wisely the young girl called for backup, it arrived quickly but two managers all suited and started serving. They did āt have a clue and didnāt wash their hands when going to serve Behind the counter .
The reception area was like an airport, not enough staff and they did t have a clue. Check out was ridiculous

Cute hotel but needs a bit of updating and better smell insulation between rooms
Itās a nice hotel and has some good facilities, with a nice gym and pool. Gym is for age 16+ which was a shame for our kids who wanted to use it too. The room was spacious. Cute set up with the shops too.
The next door room smoked overnight and our room stank of smoke. Odd it didnāt set off any alarms. They ozone cleaned the room the next day so the smell stopped for our second night but it was very unpleasant, the smoke seemed to be pumped round the whole building and directly into our bathroom.

Very pleasent stay
Excellent facilities, plenty of parking. Various places to eat on site. I was breaking a journey between SW Wales and Scotland and this was a great place to destress.
