The rooms are excellent. The staff are as friendly as can be - nothing is too much trouble.
The spa facillities are super - I can recommend the neck, shoulders and back massage.

Another reccomendation is for EV owners - they have EV chargers in the car park.

Had a lovely time with my sister, great food and drink and a most chilling time in the spa and pool area.Stayed before for New Year’s eve with friends which was also a very enjoyable experience, will be coming back again.

an enjoyable stay and would recommend. Nice room (though rather cold), very clean. Pleasant bar area, friendly staff. Only issue was ordering coffee at breakfast but it never came (very busy at breakfast)

Pretty good overall, breakfast could have been better . Overall service and the staff were very good however. Only 1 towel in the bedroom for 2 people was a bit of a let down but we got through it . Would stay again however

Paid extra for bucket of beer to be in room on arrival - had to ask 3 times before someone delivered them, without a bottle opener so had to go back to the bar to ask.

Terrible sleep due to other guests arguing for an hour outside, should've been dealt with by hotel to make them quiet or remove them.

Also signed up to be a friend of the village for discounts etc - did not receive my £10 voucher or glass of wine on arrival.

Lovely stay here as it was near to a wedding venue we went to.
The staff were really friendly, the food was good and the room had everything you needed. We stayed in room 3
The room was spotless and the chamber maid was so helpful. I didn’t get her name but she told me she was from Budapest. She bought extra towels and coffee and was so lovely.
For an overnight “just sleeping there” option, it was great.
Loads of room in the restaurant and dining areas and bar was nice too.
The local taxi firm (metro) let us down and the staff in the hotel were really helpful.
Lots of people using the spa and leisure facilities looked like they were having loads of fun.
All in all. Really nice. 👍

All rooms amazing but the cottage rooms have that extra comforts .
Highly recommended for a relaxing break away 😊

Unfortunately we were unable to stay at the property due to a family emergency. We enjoyed our stay up until having to leave so we didn’t get to enjoy our stay, use of the spa or the breakfast. We are hoping to return to enjoy the full experience in the future

We were on a coach holiday from Norfolk,so I can only comment from that perspective.
Room was spacious with kettle,tea,coffee.
Bathroom : bath with shower over,Normal radiator, not heated towel rail, towels were soft and white. Tiles on wall around sink and shower could do with some elbow grease. Shower head needs attention, scale build up. The most annoying thing was the extra door between the bathroom and bedroom it opens onto the wardrobe,so you have to close this door,to get to the wardrobe.
Restaurant: As I said,we are a coach party.
So portion control/ choice was limited.Breakfast was the fill up for the day,as you helped yourself.
Evening Meal: one meat, one fish, one vegetarian choice, one of. So for 4 nights, pork, chicken, beef, which was like leather.Aldente veg, couldn t get your knife in some of them.
I m not a meat/veg person,so I ask if chef could do a salad for me,big mistake, what did I get half bowl of salad leaves grated cheese/ham,no cucumber no tomato no dressing .What a disappointment,If I d serviced that to one of my customers,it would have been sent back to the kitchen.Food was boring, desserts sounded lovely until it was placed in front of you,hot dessert on a large cold plate.!!!
There is a spa,if that's yours forte, but as we were on excursion every day, there couldn t have been time to use anyway.
No time to explore the hotel properly or facilities, there are shops within the hotel.
The hotel now stands in a housing estate apparently there were lovely view over the surrounding area.
