I went for a routine check up and was happy with the service but I was disappointed that COVID rules were not being followed. I was the only one in the waiting room wearing a mask including the receptionist and my appointment was delayed by 30 minutes. The dental nurse also walked into the room during my appointment with her mask under her chin. Working in a hospital myself and seeing how things should be done I was very unhappy with the lack of safety measures. My elderly parents are also patients at the surgery and I would not be happy with them going in for an appointment given the experience I had.

Very good service, able to be seen almost immediately. Was seen for a check up and was advised I needed a filling. Was offered a next day appointment which I thought was really prompt. No issues with the treatment on the day and the aftercare was excellent.
