Modern, nice hotel. Nice bar and restaurant area. All staff were lovely but specifically Dyan, showed interest in every customer and is a credit to your team!

Stayed at this hotel as my wife was attending a course. First class check-in by Sam and Ritesh. Overall the service at the hotel was excellent. Also, a wonderful breakfast. The restaurant areas were ultra clean. Shout out to Mary. Would certainly return if I was in Preston. .

I was only here for a few hours but the staff were so lovely and accommodating.
They truly took care of me and went out of their way to do so.

very nice hotel with good food clean comfortable rooms and attentive staff. My quible would be the pillows need replacing, very uncomfortable which of course impacts on a good nights sleep.

My mum and I stayed for 1 night as we were going on a coach trip with Alfa from Preston bus station so it was more convenient to stay the night here as it is next to the bus station pick up point than a taxi in rush hour.
The hotel is beautiful and clean and the room was fantastic.
The main strength of this hotel is the staff and the customer service that they provide is second to none.
Each and every member is so friendly and welcoming but a special mention goes to Ash who is a shining star 🌟

Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Assuming you enjoy garden visits, I cannot think you will be disappointed. Has similarities to the better known Heligan Gardens in Cornwall, being a garden rediscovery - although for us this was even more enjoyable. Many different areas ; large landscaped garden and lakes, woodland walks and viewpoints, formal gardens, and small intimate gardens and borders. The house is interesting to look in, but little remains apart from a good-looking restaurant that was sadly closed when we visited. The main courtyard restaurant was excellent and would be a favourite for simple lunches if we lived locally. Photographers will also find considerable to inspire them here. Spent 5 hours here, so good value.

An excellent stopping of place and very dog friendly. When gardens of this quality welcome our four legged friends it demonstrates that other gardens are often just being difficult.

The formal gardens are brilliantly designed and perfectly structured whilst the long woodland walk opens up to a range of surprise views and fascinating little follies to rest awhile.

Beautiful well kept gardens, dogs welcome in the gardens and in the restaurant. Excellent food available, good choice and reasonable prices. Lots of planned events on throughout the year, so check their website for details.
