I have been staying in the hotel for 15 weeks for business and have had a fantastic stay. The staff have been fantastic, always very friendly and happy to help out. They have remembered my room and always specially provided soft pillows. Adeel who works in the bar has been particularly great. He was always happy to chat and go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of and had what I needed. Rooms are good and clean and their is a large breakfast selection to choose from. Would recommend if you need somewhere to stay in Preston!

The entire experience was fantastic from check in to check out in terms of; friendly staff; a warm welcome on arrival; comfortable & modern rooms; a high standard of cleanliness throughout; great quality breakfast & selection; parking options. A very positive experience overall with no issues. Well done everyone and thank you especially the three young men serving breakfast in the morning nothing was a bother to them.

Sheshi the receptionist handled me personally the room was fresh and clean the view was amazing of the sunset and town below tash and art at dinner time handled me personally Yash and max were brilliant at breakfast sooo pleasant I can't say enough about the holiday Inn staff this was my second stay my first stay was with my boyfriend 16 years ago when my daughter was born at this very same hotel old is gold as they say! 💖😍😘

I stay at this hotel regularly and have to say the staff absolutely make this hotel. In particular Max and Adeel are enormously welcoming and friendly - I will continue to stay because of team members like this - thanks very much 👍🏻

Brilliant stay at the hotel, warm and welcoming staff and made me feel at ease after a long drive. Adeel in particular was a real credit to the company with his consideration of my stay and interesting conversation, I would highly recommend.

Nice clean room and comfy bed. Here on a 3 night stay for work.
Feel comfortable safe and looked after.
Foods been good and timely and there is a nice feel in the bar even as a sole female traveller.
Really lovely staff through out and big shout out to the Adeel and Max who have served me the last couple of nights.

Stayed here for 2 nights on business. The room was comfortable enough and breakfast was great. I found Lorraine who served us at breakfast & lunch very helpful with a great attitude. The bar area was pleasant with good service from Max, Adeel & Art. It makes such a difference with good attentive staff. Would stay here again

I really like this hotel.
Before I arrived the staff shone. I called about 2 weeks before I arrived to see if I could change the room type. The lady on the phone was really helpful. She made a note on my booking and the room type was changed. Fantastic service!
The hotel is in a great location just next to the Bus Station. They have limited free onsite parking but if this is full you can buy a voucher for £4 for a spot in the bus station car park. I thought this was great value.
The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
I highly recommend this hotel.

My family live locally, are members and visit often, so we went along on a beautifully hot and sunny day.
Started out by having lunch at the Granary restaurant and thought the quality, choice and prices to be ideal for the purpose. Thereafter we spent the nest 2-3 hours walking around the entire site and stopping off to take photos along the way. I know that it's rediscovery was not that long ago and that all works will take some time to achieve, but I like the very fact that it is not over-manicured and precious- feels more real this way. Finished off the day with a large and incredibly well priced Ice Cream. Good choices in the garden centre.

Wow! I was completely blown away by Hestercombe gardens near Taunton. Every friday in the school holiday they hold themed days. My ten year old son and his friend did raft building and then had to work as a team to paddle it on the lake. The woodland gardens are beautiful and full of follies. The waterfall is magical and the water drops down into a pretty stream, a great place to rest hot tired feet on a baking hot day. We didn't see all that was on offer, so will definitely return. The website is very informative.
