I am a Blackpool patient of Dr Bagasi & have always found his service very professional. The staff on reception are always so lovely & chatty & ring the day after to make sure you are happy with your treatment. Today I took my Nan (83) to Synergy today for first time, she had had a bad experience with her last NHS dentist so one of her teeth was crumbling plus she’d stood on her dentures but Dr Patel (Adam) reassured her, was patient with her tales, kind & explained everything very well & pictures so she could see what her options were. She came home & said how lovely he was so the rest of our family now want to join Synergy. People think private dentistry is expensive but their price range suits all budgets & in some cases is cheaper than nhs plus they get you in swiftly for appointments & you pay for the excellent service received. Thank you :-)

Due to my being very nervous I opted to have anaesthetic on a private basis. So glad I did felt nothing. Everyone was so caring. Having two back teeth out is not easy but I did it with a great deal of care from all of the staff both in my clinic in Burscough and for my procedure in Preston.

I’ve recently joined Synergy, Preston. I’m quite a nervous dentist visitor and I can honestly say I’ve felt so calm and looked after at the clinic both times I have attended.
The receptionist’s are always so pleasant and welcoming and always happy to help. My dentist instantly helped me feel at ease by reassuring me throughout and informing me what he was doing (this helps my anxiety!!)
I’ll definitely be recommending to family and friends.
