Just returned from an overnight stay. We booked the foodie lovers deal. This is included a check in at 2pm. Check out the next day at 1pm. A two course evening meal in the restaurant and a brunch or lunch the following day. We also go to use the spa facilities.

Our room was ok. The place could do with a bit of a revamp to be honest. But the room was clean enough. Again the spa facilities aren’t the best but the infinity pool was fab.

The food though was outstanding really enjoyed it we had an evening meal and opted for lunch after check in.

The drop inn pub which is onsite is fab for a few drinks in the evening. On a Friday they have a live singer on which we thought was great. They also have sports on, pool table and table football.

All In all we had a lovely stay for the price and would return.

It's the second time we have stayed. We bring our dog and it's very dog friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful. The snow has been very heavy y and we needed help to get dug out of the carpark. Big thank you to the gentleman who helped everyone. I think he said that his wife worked at hotel. What a star and very selfless x

Had a really great overnight stay at the Last Drop Village. The restaurant and bar food were scrumptious, staff were very friendly and cheerful. We enjoyed our time in the pool, thermal spa and our spa treatments. A thoroughly enjoyable, cozy, relaxing time - and the weather outside was freezing! Our Christmas treat.

Staff cannot do enough to accomodate you and look genuinely happy in work. Cool buildings with a ‘holiday’ vibe. Despite a busy reception at check in they worked fast to ensure we weren’t waiting long. The rooms were very clean and well fitted out. The spa staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. We ate in the pub on site and the food was piping hot and lovely. All in all a wonderful place.

Started with a lovely treatment. The pool, hydrotherapy pool and spa facilities all fantastic. Followed by a lovely afternoon tea. A gentleman working in the afternoon tea section was outstanding (18/1 1.30). He never stopped working and was so attentive. Asset to the hotel. A fabulous day and a fabulous hotel. I will return and next time I will stay overnight.

Small and cute spa, 1 ‘T’ shape pool and swimming pool, 4 or 5 different saunas, 1 small warm water drinking fountain. No snack or drink area. Solid plastic spa beds. Got VERY busy late morning, only 1 towel given, so take your own head towel and flip flops. Shower need an update and clean more often, yucky grill on floor of shower, dirty toilet cubicle, needs hooks on shower doors, bit manky. Many lockers broken or without keys. Hairdryer completely useless and there was only one for everyone to share.

We were booked in for overnight stay with spa access and dinner and breakfast included. We had an executive family room for 3 adults which was spotless, with the most comfortable beds. The staff were so lovely and made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived. The spa was so relaxing and we loved the different steam rooms. The dinner and breakfast included was lovely and fantastic value, we will definitely return.

This was a “buy a gift spa day” booking

We had a 55 minute massage each to start us off which did frustrate me as as soon as our masseuses walked into the room told us this would be a back only massage due to the lack of time.

I was also annoyed there was no Soap dispenser in the Gent’s changing room toilet - Why?

Also it was annoying I couldn’t add a bottle of water or 2 to my Hotel pre authorised credit card account in the Spa unless I walked to the Bar, why?

On the positive side the room was clean, the mattress had a topper with high quality bedding.

Also they served Long Island Iced Tea’s for £10.50 which in my opinion is a fair price.

They also had Al-A-Carte Breakfast which in the last 20 years I have only ever seen on Cruise Ships

I was really frustrated I asked for Poched Egg with my diner and my request was totally ignored but the Al-Carte Breakfast made up for it. We will visit again when our family Static is closed for the Winter Break

Booked afternoon tea here, had been a few times years ago to the restaurant which I remembered as lovely . A bit disappointed with the area where afternoon tea was held as it looked very tired with no atmosphere. Coffee and tea came 1st ..with no choices, in very basic white tableware. Soup then came in the same white basic teacup. The soup was delicious though but needed to be served in a much nicer cup. The teapots/coffee pots, cups, saucers and soup cups need to be upgraped to lovely patterned /flowered pottery to give it a special afternoon tea experience. The 3 tier afternoon tea plates were attractive and felt more like the real deal but they took a long time to be served to us. The food was actually lovely when it finally arrived. The scones were so small but none the less were very tasty. The service was slow but the staff were very pleasant, attentive and proffesional. The upgrade of prosecco was not offered as an add on but we asked if we could have some and eventually a glass was brought from the bar. We had a lovely afternoon but the whole experience needs upgrading and was not good value. It could have been so much better, as the food and staff were good let down by the room ,atmosphere and pottery.
