Most of the experince
The main pool was so cold could only use for 10 mins as hands was turning bloody blue it needs seeing too apart from that everything else was perfect

Pool and hydro pool the place was warm and welcoming which is rare now staff very helpful and young lad showed me and grandson round pool area room very big
No children burgers on children menu last drop inn caters for kids with lots of games and toys to play with but my grandson insists on burger only adult burger not paying adult price for kid but definitely be back this is a place that caters for all ages (except my grandson)

Expensive and noisy with weddings over weekends.
Initial appearance was welcoming. Room was large.
Stayed 3 nights, apparently they don't make your room up??? Shower soaked the bathroom. Don't expect fast room service on the weekend when weddings are being hosted. Staff in bar all seemed confused. Access to our room from the back carpark (front was full due to wedding guests) wasn't available due to stairs being unsafe. Children playing football in our hallway against our door. Very disappointed.

Overall lovely stay with the family.
Beautiful setting, lovely food. Clean and had everything we needed. Easy parking. Friendly staff.
Would be better if chicken could use the outdoor pool even if it was just for a few hours time slot.
Would expect biscuits with the tea/ coffee in room and also a fridge would be ideal, to keep drinks cold.
Other than this, it was great.
