We are frequent diners at Da Vinci's and have always received really good service. I think that's why our expereince on Saturday 17th January was very disappointing.
The table was reserved online over a week ago. It was very busy when we arrived and were shown hurriedly to a table which was under the air conditioning, in the walkway, next to the stairs near the toilet. After asking for a different table, we were abruptly told there was no other table available.
Now, the food is always delicious at Da Vinci's and last night was no exception however, the air conditioning unit affected the temperature quality of our food and our expereince overall.
There was a party booking on a table near us. The downside to sitting in the hallway meant the diners attending the party stood very close to our table meeting and greeting. So close, and so prolonged, I was tempted to poke them with my fork and ask them to sit down and join us!
It was clearly a busy night and credit to the staff who worked hard rushing about. But, a busy night affected our table service. We repeatedly had to ask for service. Cutlery on the table was dirty. We were given two dirty glasses (one sticky, one with lipstick around the rim). Two waiters were abrupt. One waitress did not understand a simple drinks order.
Note to self. Avoid busy nights at Da Vinci's in the future.

Went in for the first time with my family today and had a lovely experience! Restaurant was huge! Staff were attentive and food was lovely too. Children enjoyed their pizzas. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

The staff are so helpful and polite, they made us feel so comfortable and happy we come here regularly for birthdays, celebrations taraq always helps as usual and takes care of us all my favourite place to go

We've been to Da Vinci's many times over the years and have always had a great night out.
My wife and I went there yesterday (1st May) for our 25th Anniversary and once again we had a smashing time.....the food was excellent as was the atmosphere, and the staff friendly and attentive, Oh and the ice cold Peroni...wonderful.
Car parking can be a bit of a problem on a busy night but there is usually spaces outside the shops on the other side of the road.

My daughter, Bonnie, has attended this nursery for the past two years, and we couldn't be happier with the care and support she has received.
During her time here, Bonnie has developed so much in confidence, communication, and independence. The staff have played a huge role in helping her learn and grow, always providing a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment.
She has made some wonderful friendships and genuinely looks forward to attending each day. It's been lovely to see how intelligent, curious, and happy she has become through the activities and encouragement provided by the nursery.
I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring and supportive place for their child to thrive.

Just happened on this well hidden delightful pub. We had starters to share they were large and delicious.
