We contacted Wicklen Ltd as our garage kept flooding. A survey was arranged immediately, which identified various other issues in 100 year old drainage system. These were clearly explained & thorough plan of works recommended. The team completed the works over the next 7 days in an extremely professional & tidy manner. We were kept informed at every stage, & are delighted with the results which have improved the drainage and appearance of our home immeasurably. We had been having issues with an external drain for a long while and eventually it became completely blocked. We contacted Keith and he came to look at the problem the next day. We were happy with the quoted price and agreed to go ahead with the work. Keith and his team arrived punctually the very next day and worked extremely hard, keeping us fully informed with the progress of the work. They were very polite, friendly and worked neatly. We are incredibly delighted with the completed job; the drain has never worked as well! We would recommend Wicklen specialist drainage without hesitation.
