A Man Who Can't. This company came out to replace some internal door handles for me. I didn't immediately realise that they had been fitted incorrectly as they looked fine - and worked ok when the doors were open. When opening the doors from closed, however, not only had the new handles been fitted so that they were too stiff (my children can't open them) but any adult turning them grazes their knuckles on the door frame as they're too close to the edge of the doors (for these sorts of handles you also need to change the internal locking mechanism... something any decent handyman should have known and alerted me to, not tried to fit them regardless in the position of the previous handles). When I realised what the problem was I tried to contact the company to negotiate with them about returning to re-fit the handles correctly but their customer service was appalling. The customer is always wrong. It was my fault for choosing the 'wrong' handles, apparently, not theirs for fitting them incorrectly. Three times I called them and three times they didn't return my calls. In the end I emailed them and they eventually responded but wouldn't admit any culpability or give me even a partial refund (I foolishly paid promptly, before I realised how badly they had been fitted). I would never use this company again. When a job goes right they're probably fine to deal with but when it goes wrong they are utterly disinterested.

I live abroad and have been looking for someone reliable and capable to deal with small maintenance issues in my house in Keynsham for 3 years. Often people do not turn up when they say the will or they do the job but not very well. Your handyman spent a day at my house and did various jobs including a bit of plumbing, and electrical work, very efficiently. You will also tackle jobs in the garden once the weather improves and so I will definitely use you again. Thanks a lot!

Anthony and Damian cut back and shaped my hedge on 13th April. Both were poilte and engaging. Carried out the work as i had specified. They were able to provide advice on maintaining the hedge and even advice on the berries within the hedge. A job well done.
