Samuels have acted for me since 1994, when I purchased a freehold building to convert to offices for my Chartered Accountancy Practice. The purchase was not straight forward. The building was being sold by a developer and was part of a larger site, with complex rights of way issues. Samuels provided timely, excellent advice and achieved a successful outcome. Recently, issues arose over the laying of gas and water mains across my car park, to a newly constructed house. Again Samuels provided prompt and appropriate advice which enabled a successful negotiation of access rights, in consideration for a suitable compensation payment.

Please can you pass on my thanks to your man who came round last week to do various bits in my house. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. Very impressively he fixed a toilet which two plumbers had told me couldn’t be fixed but had to be replaced! The final bill was a nice surprise. I’ll be in touch when I’ve built up a few more jobs that need doing and will also be recommending you to my friends.

What a STUNNING VENUE with not only history and nostalgia but with an added twist of a contemporary feel within the bar, restaurant, event facilities and all 32 bedrooms.
