We have been using the services from A Man Who Can for the last 3, 4 months now and find them very efficient. We report a job to them by email, they then respond to us about when they are going to carry out the job. The tenants are then informed about A Man Who Can coming in. We have had no call backs from our tenants about any of their work.

A Man Who Can helped us out a number of times. When we had an emergency like a leaking tap in our kitchen they were with us within half an hour, located the problem and sorted it. And all for a very reasonable charge. We had them back in on 4 successive occasions to do other bits and pieces. On each occasion they have been prompt, courteous, quick, professional and always sorted out the problem. So they came for a plumbing job, a problem with our roof, a broken off key in a lock and they are now going to install our new bathroom. I have already recommended their services to my friends. Absolutely first class. I have never come across a company that cares so much about what they do then A Man Who Can.

If you need plumbing or electrical work don't consider anyone else. Ian and his team are absolutely fantastic. From coming out at night in the pouring rain to fix our boiler, to sorting out our electrics and putting up shelves, they will always go the extra mile. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

I have had central heating problems for about 7 years now and have had various plumbers out to fix the combi-boiler and also patch the radiators up but not one of them gave me any decent advice on how to properly fix the situation. I googled plumbers in cheltenham and I D Godwin came up, I rang and Ian the owner answered and came over later that day to discuss the problem. I explained the situation and also what I have spent and fixed on the system, as well as I have a wedding to pay for later that year! He said the cheap easy quick fix and the worst case scenario. He spent the best part of 2 hours and also the differences of each fix. In the end I went with a new boiler and radiators because after his very competitive quotation and advice I realised that I had spent nearly three quarters of that over the last 7 years fixing the useless original system. The following day he had his engineer fit my new boiler ready for the weekend so we had heating. Mark was an extremely fast and thorough worker and at around 4pm the system was up and running and he started hoovering and cleaning the room as well as the stairs. Monday morning Mark and Marcus where at the door ready to finish the job off and do the radiators. Once again they worked cleanly and thoroughly, replacing any pipe work along the way to make sure the new system ran perfectly. By about 3pm they had finished and were cleaning once again to make sure that the house was left the way it was when they arrived.

Chanced on Egypt Mill on a drive round the area - what a beautiful place! Our meal was very good and we will definitely be back!
