They are so willing to come and to look at and deal with the oddest of jobs and recently were able to move furniture and take up a carpet for me to store in the garage. prior to building works. The alternative of removing difficult heavy furniture and glass fronted cupboards to a self storage store was hideously expensive and they are so efficient. The job was done so quickly that I was amazed. They are hard and efficient works and always so polite and kind. Their manners and attitude are amazing and are never phazed even if you are embarrassed at the odd jobs!! I have used them for many years and cannot find much fault. If you have something needing doing it is always worth asking them first.

A Man Who Can't. This company came out to replace some internal door handles for me. I didn't immediately realise that they had been fitted incorrectly as they looked fine - and worked ok when the doors were open. When opening the doors from closed, however, not only had the new handles been fitted so that they were too stiff (my children can't open them) but any adult turning them grazes their knuckles on the door frame as they're too close to the edge of the doors (for these sorts of handles you also need to change the internal locking mechanism... something any decent handyman should have known and alerted me to, not tried to fit them regardless in the position of the previous handles). When I realised what the problem was I tried to contact the company to negotiate with them about returning to re-fit the handles correctly but their customer service was appalling. The customer is always wrong. It was my fault for choosing the 'wrong' handles, apparently, not theirs for fitting them incorrectly. Three times I called them and three times they didn't return my calls. In the end I emailed them and they eventually responded but wouldn't admit any culpability or give me even a partial refund (I foolishly paid promptly, before I realised how badly they had been fitted). I would never use this company again. When a job goes right they're probably fine to deal with but when it goes wrong they are utterly disinterested.
