Mark is efficient, friendly and reasonably priced in every aspect of his work. He finished a heating job for us a day earlier than expected meaning the job was even kinder to our budget. After some imaginative workings under our kitchen sink and fitment of several new radiators throughout the house we are keen to get him back in time for a bathroom refit and bedroom to ensuite conversion. I have no doubts whatsoever that he will carry out and complete both as quickly and to as high a standard as he did before.

After having installed new radiators over the weekend and finally sorting any dripping valves that didn't have sufficient PTFE tape around them I thought I'd done a good job! However, one radiator downstairs wasn't getting any hot water and I also thought I had a leak as there was a damp patch on my ceiling in the kitchen! I called Mark at around 7am on Wednesday and lucky for me he'd booked the day off and was at my front door an hour and a half later. It would have been sooner but with race week traffic was a nightmare. After showing Mark the damp patch I offered him a cup of tea. By the time it was brewed and I took it upstairs Mark had the landing carpet up and a few of the floor boards. Once they were back down radiator which wasn't getting hot water had a minor blockage and some air trapped in it. The radiators were drained and then all but two were switched off and a few gurgles and turns of the bleed key had the radiator on in no time. I would highly recommend Mark, knows what he is doing and is someone I would welcome back into my home.
