Whether you are a history enthusiast, or just want to know more about the area where you live, Saturday 28 May is a date for your diary. This marks the next Merton Heritage Discovery Day – an event which showcases the borough’s fascinating past and different methods for exploring it. We will also be launching the Carved in Stone website, produced by volunteers from Merton Heritage Service to document the impact of the First World War upon this area.
