    ARTSOUP - Short adult courses on art, artists and ideas taking place in central Richmond. The sessions are informal, informative and participatory – creating friendly spaces to meet people, learn and be inspired. Each week, we’ll focus on a different exhibitions that can be seen in London, covering an eclectic range of styles, cultures, time periods and artistic forms. Together we’ll interpret and decipher key works and curatorial perspectives, helping students to develop knowledge and a critical approach. Time will be spent looking at the broader context of each exhibition, and expanding on the themes explored. Programme: Wk 1: Australia’s Impressionists (Nat Gal) Wk 2: Robert Rauschenberg (Tate Mod) Wk 3: Dutch & Flemish masterpieces (Dulwich Pic Gal) Wk 4:The Radical Eye; Modernist Photography (Tate Mod) Wk 5 Revolution; Russian art (RA) Wk 6: Paolozzi (Whitechapel) Wk 7: America after the fall; Painting in the 1930s (RA) £77 for 7 lectures, including refreshments
